Bonanza's sourcing programme is among the most transparent in Europe — every cup comes with a story. The café is calm, unhurried, and visited by people who care deeply about what they're drinking. Bonanza is one of Berlin's coffee institutions — they've been roasting exceptional beans since 2006. The Prenzlauer Berg space is calm and beautiful. Morning session with their Ethiopian filter is close to perfect.
